By downloading, installing, or using Selector Go ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the terms below. Please review them carefully before use.

1. App Usage

Selector Go is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track dates, countdowns, and goals. By using the App, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell any part of the App.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from SELECTOR GO LTD.
• Interfere with, disable, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems.

2. Intellectual Property

All assets within the App — including its visual design, mascot character, icons, copy, branding, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to SELECTOR GO LTD. This agreement grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No rights are granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works from any part of the App.

3. No Account, Local Data

Selector Go does not require an account and does not collect personal information. Your events, categories, and settings are stored locally on your device to provide the App's core functionality. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Reminders Are Best-Effort

The App schedules local reminder notifications on your device. Delivery of these notifications depends on your device's operating system, battery-optimization settings, and whether notification permission is granted — SELECTOR GO LTD does not guarantee that a reminder will always be delivered, and the App is not a substitute for critical or time-sensitive alerts where a missed notification would cause harm.

5. Suitable for All Ages

The App is appropriate for a general audience and is designed to be family-friendly. It contains no explicit or inappropriate content.

6. Not Professional Advice

Selector Go is a general organizational and motivational tool. Any goal-tracking or milestone features (for example, fitness or savings goals) are provided for personal convenience only and do not constitute medical, financial, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation.

7. No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SELECTOR GO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any loss of locally stored event or milestone data.

9. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you should stop using the App and may uninstall it at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELECTOR GO LTD operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
