End User License Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using Selector Go.

Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (an individual user) and SELECTOR GO LTD ("Licensor") for the Selector Go software application, including its associated content and documentation ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

License Grant

SELECTOR GO LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the Software.
• Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization from SELECTOR GO LTD.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to interact with the Software.
• Use the Software in any unlawful manner or in a way that could damage or impair its operation.

Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. SELECTOR GO LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights — the app's design, its mascot character, iconography, copy, and code. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the trademarks or branding of SELECTOR GO LTD.

• We own: the software code, visual design, mascot artwork, and all other content built into the App.
• You own: the personal event, milestone, and category data you create while using the App, which is stored locally on your own device.

User Data and Privacy

Selector Go does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you. Any data you create in the App — event titles, dates, notes, categories, and preferences — is stored locally on your device. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SELECTOR GO LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that reminder notifications will always be delivered.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SELECTOR GO LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF LOCALLY STORED DATA.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and may uninstall it from your device at any time; because Selector Go stores data only locally, uninstalling the App also removes that locally stored data.

Updates and Modifications

SELECTOR GO LTD may release updates to the Software through Google Play from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time; continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELECTOR GO LTD operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
